The MRR Growth Methodology

MY METHODOLOGY
The 220 Revenue Leak Pattern Library
At the core of the methodology is a documented library of 220+ revenue leak patterns, specific, recurring failure modes that appear in organic funnels generating traffic but not MRR.
Each pattern has three components: a diagnosis, an indicator, and a fix.
The patterns fall into six categories:
Intent architecture failures
Keyword targeting that attracts users with no commercial intent. Traffic arrives but nobody is close to buying.
Conversion architecture failures
Pages that rank but do not convert. The CTA is buried, unclear, or pointing to the wrong next step.
Authority dilution patterns
Content structures that split domain authority and suppress the rankings of your most commercially valuable pages.
Team silo patterns
Organisational failures where SEO, content, product and growth are each optimising for different metrics with no shared revenue goal.
Funnel gap patterns
Missing content at critical decision stages. Buyers fall out of the funnel because the content that should move them forward does not exist.
Technical revenue patterns
